Accepting New Clients

MS, ACMHC
There is a place for everyone in counseling. Whether you are navigating a life change, facing an overwhelming challenge, or simply need a safe space to process your thoughts, there is room for you.
I believe there is power in awareness and acceptance, and in counseling, we co-create a space to harness that power through exploration and insight. Who you are does not need to be defined by struggle or labels.

Working through challenges can add to the depth and strength in each of us. In counseling, we uncover tools that help you tap into that strength. I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
My work is client-centered, and I have training in EMDR, DBT, and MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction). I also incorporate CBT and ACT techniques, regularly drawing on mindfulness in both my counseling practice and my own life.
I aim to serve clients with a holistic, mind-body approach and honor the courage it takes to seek support.
My Story
I enjoy spending time with my husband and our blended family of ten kids. In my free time, I love reading, listening to podcasts, and watching BBC crime dramas.
Music is also a big part of my life, and I enjoy listening to an eclectic mix of sounds that inspire me.
