Accepting New Clients
Ashly Kingery
MSW, LCSW
Life is rarely a straight path, and navigating its waves can feel overwhelming. I believe each person carries within themselves the strengths, wisdom, and healing power needed to grow—and when we connect with our authentic selves, we’re better able to weather life’s storms.
Therapy offers the chance to explore and harness those inner resources. My goal is to co-create a safe, supportive space where insight and growth can emerge.
I often use experiential modalities such as art, play, sand, and music, alongside evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, and EMDR.
I enjoy working with clients of all ages and have experience supporting young children, teens, young adults, and LGBTQIA+ individuals.
My background also includes years of work in wilderness and residential therapy programs, which has given me a unique appreciation for the healing power of environment and experience.
My Story
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Family Studies from Utah Valley University in 2015 and my Master of Social Work in 2023.
I’ve lived between Utah and Hawaii in my adult life, and the beach will always be my happy place. Outside of work, I enjoy taking nature walks with my dog and getting lost in a good audiobook.
