Accepting New Clients
Chantelle Atkin
MSW, LCSW, Clinical Supervisor
Life will always bring storms, but I believe each of us has the strength to navigate them by drawing on our values, support systems, and inner resilience.
My approach is client-centered and forward-focused—I meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you gain tools to feel empowered and thrive in your journey. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where healing and growth can unfold.
I am experienced in working with grief and loss, chronic and terminal illness, parent-child relationships, substance addiction, ADHD, LGBTQ+ issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and caregiver burnout.
To tailor treatment to each client’s needs, I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, mindfulness, CBT, play-based therapy, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, positive parenting, and trauma-informed care.
My Story
I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work from Utah Valley University and my Master of Social Work from Campbellsville University. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across diverse settings, which has deepened my compassion for the unique challenges people face in different stages of life.
Outside of work, I’ve been married for 14 years and love going on adventures with my husband and our four energetic kids. I enjoy crafting, learning new things, exercising, and playing games with my family.
