I understand that beginning therapy for the first time— or re-entering after a break—can feel overwhelming. Finding a qualified therapist is important, but it’s just as essential to find someone you connect with personally and can trust with your thoughts and feelings. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can explore, heal, and connect with your true self.

My education provides the professional foundation to guide the therapeutic process, while my life experience brings empathy and understanding to walk beside you through it.
Together, we’ll explore the challenges that brought you to therapy and discover effective ways to overcome them.

I’ve worked with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds on issues such as depression, anxiety, stress management, anger, abuse, loss, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. As a parent of a special needs child, I also understand the unique stress and emotional demands that journey can bring.

Maybe you’re simply looking for a safe place to talk and feel heard, or perhaps you’re ready to learn new skills and challenge old patterns. Whatever your destination, we can get there together.
My Story
I hold master’s degrees in both Computer Information Systems (yes, I speak geek) and
Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I love learning and am always striving to grow—both for myself and for those around me. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family on adventures of discovery.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, MBCT, PCIT, Play Therapy, and SFBT—lots of acronyms, but at the heart of it all is collaboration. Together, we’ll find what fits and works best for you.
