Alicia Koehler
MSW, CSW
Alicia is a Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s hardest moments—trauma, addiction, grief, and major transitions. She believes that healing happens in relationship, through empathy, safety, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.
Her approach is holistic and relational, recognizing the powerful connection between mind, body, and relationships in the process of healing.
Alicia helps clients understand how trauma and stress shape their experiences, and together, they work to rebuild trust, strengthen connection, and uncover resilience. Her goal is to help people feel more grounded, whole, and empowered in their daily lives.

My Story
At the heart of Alicia’s work is a simple truth: people are not broken. Each person carries wisdom and strength within them, even when life feels heavy or overwhelming. Alicia’s role is to walk alongside her clients as they rediscover that inner strength and reclaim their sense of self.

Outside of her work, Alicia finds meaning in quiet moments—spending time in nature, connecting with loved ones, and practicing mindfulness. These practices keep her grounded and remind her of the same truth she offers her clients: healing is a lifelong journey, and we are all capable of finding our way back to wholeness.
