You are the author of your story, and therapy can be a space to strengthen your voice in writing it. Just like an editor provides gentle feedback to an author, I help clients see their lives through new lenses, exploring abilities and strengths that may have gone unnoticed.

 

Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or simply not feeling like yourself, I am here to walk with you.

My approach is eclectic, rooted in Person-Centered Therapy and guided by the belief that growth happens in a relationship built on authenticity, empathy, and acceptance. I

 

don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I adapt our work to your unique needs, drawing on modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge unhelpful thought patterns and Directive Therapy to gently highlight areas where emotions and logic may be at odds.

 

My goal is to help you strengthen your inner resources, regain a sense of control, and live a life where your thoughts and emotions work in harmony.

My Story

I believe everyone is inherently good and on a lifelong journey to better understand themselves and their purpose. That belief has shaped my career and continues to inspire my work as a therapist.

Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me with my family and our animals on our small hobby farm. I love camping, reading, playing video games, and crafting. Horses, dogs, and time outdoors bring me balance and joy—things I also hope to help my clients find in their own ways.
