MSW, LCSW
I have learned that just because we are born human does not mean we automatically know how to be a perfect one—even if sometimes it feels like we should. Luckily, we all come with an incredible capacity to learn and grow. I know coming to therapy can be intimidating, especially for the first time.
Change can feel overwhelming. That’s why I work hard to create a safe and comfortable space where people can show up exactly as they are and have the room to be whoever they need to be. In this kind of environment, I believe real healing and growth can happen.

I have experience working with children and youth navigating stress, anxiety, depression, suicidality, self-harm, family conflict, trauma, loss, and LGBTQ+ challenges. I often use art and play therapy, tailored to each individual child or youth, combined with CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, and EMDR.
I also work with adults facing similar issues, as well as those experiencing faith and life transitions, mood disorders, or who simply need someone to talk to.
My Story
I have lived in Utah for most of my life and have a deep understanding of the community here. I am a mom of four kids who I love dearly (even if they sometimes drive me a little crazy).
I enjoy being outside—especially in my garden—and I’m also very competitive, with a love for sports, even the ones I’m not good at. I chose this profession because of my own personal experiences with growth and change, and because I’ve witnessed the power of doing the hard work to heal.
