Life can be tough sometimes, and asking for help is a sign of strength. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and faith transitions. My goal is to create an inclusive and affirming environment where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood—no matter who you are or whom you love.

My foundation is Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), which allows us to build a genuine and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to help you gain clarity, develop coping strategies, and take meaningful steps toward your goals.

 

In addition, I often incorporate art and play interventions, offering creative avenues for expression and healing when words aren’t enough.

My Story

I see therapy as a collaborative process—you are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to walk alongside you with support and guidance. I believe in honoring each person’s autonomy and lived experience, while helping them explore new perspectives and embrace growth.

Outside of therapy, I love playing video games, spending time with my animals, and crafting. Creativity and play are a big part of who I am, and I bring that same spirit into the work I do with clients.
