How often do you get curious about the difficulties you face? Have you ever sought support, understanding, or another perspective from someone you feel safe with or trust?
The beauty of the therapeutic relationship is that it provides a secure space to explore this curiosity about your feelings and the challenges you encounter in life.
I hope that clients find supportive collaboration and understanding in therapy—empowering them to face the difficulties and struggles that are part of their own life journey.

My experience in both mental health and educational services has led me to focus on developmental, relational, phenomenological, existential, and postmodern approaches to therapy. I use a trauma-informed, person-centered lens and pull from a variety of modalities, including EMDR, SFBT, ACT, CBT, IFS, attachment-based therapies, and Mindfulness.
I also incorporate narrative therapy, experiential therapies, art therapy, play therapy, and sand-tray therapy when helpful.
My Story
I was born and raised in the beautiful Flathead Valley in Northwestern Montana. I love spending time outdoors—hiking, backpacking, camping, fly fishing, swimming, and skiing. I’m also prone to enjoying obscure books and often find myself singing when I’m working with my hands.

completed an Advanced Research Master’s in Continental Philosophy and Phenomenology (MPhil) from KU Leuven in Belgium and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. In addition, I have been a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200) since 2017 and am currently pursuing a 500-hour certification in trauma-informed yoga (CYP-500).
