Accepting New Clients

Natali Contreras

CMHCi

I believe everyone has the innate power to change, but sometimes we need the right tools and a supportive environment where we feel valued and understood. My goal is to create that environment by fostering safety, authenticity, and growth.

My therapeutic approach is primarily person-centered, as I see the therapeutic relationship as one of the most important aspects of counseling.

I focus on helping clients uncover their strengths, empowering them to overcome challenges and live more fulfilling lives. I have experience working with children and also enjoy supporting individuals of all ages, including parents navigating the unique challenges of raising children with diverse needs.

Because I moved to the U.S. as a teenager, I bring a unique perspective to navigating cultural transitions and life adjustments, and I especially value supporting clients from diverse backgrounds.

My Story

I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Utah Valley University and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands.

In both my personal and professional life, I strive to create spaces of compassion, understanding, and resilience.

As a mother of two, I dedicate much of my free time to my family. I also enjoy spending time outdoors and finding balance through nature.

In addition, I provide therapy services in Spanish, which allows me to connect with and support even more individuals in their healing journey.
