Accepting New Clients
Sarah Kelley
MS, ACMHC
Choosing to own our story and stop running from it is one of the bravest things we can do in our healing.
My passion is people, and my greatest focus in the therapeutic space is to create a climate of safety where you feel seen and supported, without having to carry the weight alone.
I use a trauma-informed, emotion- and attachment-focused approach, and believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of the healing process.
My work often draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness, and I am EMDR trained to help clients process traumatic and distressing experiences. I enjoy working with all ages—from children and adolescents to adults—and have spent over a decade supporting young people in building mindfulness, advocacy, and life skills.
I also have a passion for helping clients with healthy body image, intuitive eating, and embodiment. I believe we are wired for connection, and that true healing comes when we can notice our emotions and experiences through the lens of embodiment and choose how we want to show up, connect, and live authentically.
My Story
Outside of the therapy room, I love being in nature, practicing yoga, hiking, hugging trees (no, seriously!), laughing, and spending time with my people. I also enjoy geeking out over therapy books and research in my free time.
